What to bring:  The studio has mats and blankets but feel free to bring your own blanket, pillow, eye mask and anything you need to be comfortable on the floor.  Also bring water.

Enjoy the soothing sounds of the quartz crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, Native American flute, chimes and other instruments during this sound journey.  The vibrations of these instruments help to soothe and relax the nervous system, relieve stress, anxiety and other ailments.  They also assist the body in its healing process.  Sound baths are helpful in releasing stuck energies as well as balancing the body, mind and spirit.
