We will start the evening with Breathwork followed by a soothing sound bath. Breathwork is a powerful practice using intentional, guided breathing to promote deep relaxation, healing, and transformation. It helps release stagnant energy, quiet the mind, and open expanded states of awareness.  Breathwork provides a safe, gentle, and deeply moving experience, supporting stress release, restoring balance, and deepening your connection with yourself. Beyond the emotional and spiritual benefits, Breathwork also enhances physical health and vitality. You will remain fully aware and in control throughout the process.

We will then transition to a relaxing sound bath meditation.  The soothing sounds of quartz crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, Native American flute and other instruments will assist in quieting your mind, leaving you feeling calm and peaceful.
